Good and informative article! I had a breakup with my boyfriend and he has been sending me texts since then. All I could think of the suffocation I was feeling from his constant messages. I was not sure how to respond in an appropriate way. It did not occur to me that he was trying to get back with me. Though I still loved him, I had almost lost.
